Our sprinkler system is more than 30 years old, and I thought sure it would need to be replaced, but Jason replaced heads, fixed broken pipes, capped off uneeded sprinkler heads, adjusted valves and did it all quickly. It wasn't cheap, but way less expensive than a whole new system, and it works great now. Very glad I found these guys!

Storm Sprinklers was honestly incredible. Luis came same day to look at our valve box that we’d been having issues with. He was friendly and smart. He explained what was up with our system, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Nothing but high praise for Luis and Storm as a company.

Great visit, Radley came up with an economic solution to my problem and was very knowledgeable about irrigation systems. Also pretty impressive 24 hours after contacting Storm everything was fixed! I actually didn’t get a call back from the other leads Google connected me to, so definitely don’t hesitate to start with Storm and go with them.

Pros and Cons: Price is 2.5 stars, the tech was 5 stars - They’re the most expensive sprinkler company I’ve ever heard of by a large degree ( 50%) BUT their tech Luis was the best sprinkler techs I’ve worked with.

This lets us pay our technicians well and have some of the best technicians around. It also allows us to use the highest quality parts. That being said, we do try to keep pricing fair for everything we do. If there were specific line items you felt were higher than they should have been, please reach out to the office, as I would appreciate this specific feedback.

Luis was great! He took time to make sure that he checked everything before it hit the major concern (new control box) and kept me posted on what was happening with each step, including teaching me about what the issues were. Hezekiah was awesome. He was able to come out and diagnose my issue _and_ fix it same day. He went above and beyond and worked through a rainstorm (even though I told him he could always come back) I've worked with other sprinkler companies and have often run into weeks long scheduling conflicts, inflated quotes, and other issues. Needless to say I'm very happy about the service I've received and look forward to working with Storm Sprinklers for any irrigation related work I may have in the future. Thanks!

They found a way to come out and look at my issue same day by squeezing me in at the end of the day. Hezekiah was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I've had low pressure for years, they figured out issue, SO grateful! Had them come back to dial in sprinklers. Carsen was awesome! He adjusted several, replaced heads and readjusted when we found some buried heads. He showed me how to make adjustments and even programmed sprinkler timer! Thanks Storm Sprinklers

I am SO impressed with their service!! They were able to come to my house the day after I called them, give me a quote and complete the work that same day. Luis is the best! Everything he did is quality work. He double checked all of his work and made sure the coverage was perfect. He communicated clearly and taught me things about my watering system like how long each zone should be watered based on the type of sprinkler heads being used. We had a contractor leave a mess with our sprinkler system & ran off with our money. Contacted Storm Sprinkler and Technician Hezekiah came gave us a reasonable bid and came back a couple weeks and finished front & back yard in two days. Hard worker, friendly and kind. 4.5 stars for some miscommunication around the 4th of July holiday and vacations, but other than that, they were great. They did a complete irrigation install for the front and back yards with drip systems for planter boxes. Traven was really good at explaining what was going on and what his plan was. It was not the easiest project, but he never complained about it. The work was done fairly quickly and it all works how it's supposed to.

Luis is the absolute best. He was very creative and quick when it came to solving a water hammering issue we were having. Instead of going with the most over the top expensive option he was able to suggest alternatives for much cheaper and our water hammering is gone!

I had a sprinkler that had been giving me trouble. Yesterday I noticed the line finally gave out near the sprinkler head. I called this morning and they sent someone immediately to fix it. Tyson was fantastic! Showed up when expected (15-20 minutes after I made the call to set up an appointment!!) and the work was done in 20-30 minutes! I’m impressed and will be coming back if I need other work done. Tyson was kind, clean, and really knew his craft. He didn’t judge the state my backyard is in since we are renovating. It currently looks like several bombs have gone off😂 he asked me about the plans we have for the finished project instead of judging the current state. Kudos to Tyson!

From the first moment I spoke to Kristin, I knew I found the folks who I wanted to fix my sprinklers! Carsen did listened why I told him the problems I was having & he went right to work. He spliced together a cable that ran my backyard sprinklers, I thought that was going to take some time to fix, it took about 10 min.! Then we talked sprinklers & Carsen addressed the water pressure issue by changing out some sprinklers, so easy! They work fantastic & I should've had those in the first place! But now, my daughter doesn't need to pull up the sprinkler heads in order for them to get all the grass wet. Carsen did a great job, kept me informed of everything! Jason came out and did a great job fixing up/reinstalling two of our stations as well as various other fixes throughout the rest of the sprinkler system. Our grass is already so much greener, and we feel like we got good value for what we paid. We had Hudson come out and work on our sprinklers that haven't been working all season and he fixed it for a very reasonable cost and also wasn't trying to sell us on things that weren't necessary! Overall I’m pretty happy with work. But they do charge much more than average. Just to cap one sprinkler head they charge ~ $55. To replace 4 valves $1299. On a bright side I did get 5 years warranty.

Our yard looks horrible, it’s hard not to trip it’s so uneven. Not slightly uneven, but mounds of dirt and rocks. And the sprinklers don’t even hit the entire lawn.

Ridley did a great job of helping me solve some issues with my sprinkler system. I’ve been using a valve that is connected to our secondary irrigation system filter for hand watering my flower beds. Unfortunately. That valve isn’t designed to be turned on and off on a regular basis. He is the first Sprinkler Technician to point out to me this was just an overflow valve for the filter. Now that I have broken it I will be using Storm Sprinklers to replace it and install a proper Secondary Water Faucet that I can use. I like that their show up fee is only $40 as well.

Calvin was great and hard worker. He was here for about ten hours and never saw him taking a break or lunch. Came back to finish up the backyard which took less then four hours and made some improvements to the system for better coverage with newer heads. If I ever need this system worked on again will definitely get them back.

Tyson and Hezekiah were courteous, professional, prompt and did a great job of finding and fixing the problem. Another contractor had (apparently) accidentally cut a couple of the wires that actuate two of the valves (stations) in an area that we could not excavate to repair the wires, but they came up with a clever and effective fix, and all is well once again.

Super fast service, they replied to my inquiry within 10 minutes and had somebody come out to my place 15 minutes after that. Very professional and nice guys, fixed my manifold leak in less than an hour and a half. Will definitely contact them again if I need any other help!

Fixed all my irrigation issues. Found an issue in the middle of my lawn that was just dumping water into the ground. Calibrated all the heads (which were spraying everywhere). All for a reasonable price. Luis was awesome!

Jason and Carsen came out to help us with a broken water pipe in our sprinkler system. They were professional from the first call with Austin to setting up the meeting. Tyson was great friendly and explained things as we worked to solve some of the issues with my sprinkler system. They quoted me a price for fixing and adjusting my sprinkler heads and then did some problem solving with one of the stations that would not turn on. This became a challenge but with determination he resolved the problem and did not charge more for doing that. I felt he was more interested in being sure my system was working well rather than seeing how much money he could make from me. He also helped me to find some sprinkler heads that had become overgrown with lawn so they could not pop up to water. I wholeheartedly give them a five star review.

I wish there were a more flexible hose that could be used to move between your culinary and secondary lines. Luis did a great job! He changed inefficient sprinklers to drip irrigation on our trees, installed a new sprinkler where there was a dead spot in the lawn, tested and adjusted ALL the sprinklers for maximum efficiency, including existing sprinklers. That system was 20+ years old and surely put together by a madman, so it was a tough job that took many hours. We were completely satisfied with the work done, responsiveness of the company, and total price.

I thought I needed a new backflow preventer valve due to a water leak. It turns out that there was some debris in the valve that just needed to be cleaned out. I really appreciate the honesty and that I wasn't sold an expensive replacement when I didn't need it. I'll definitely be using Storm Sprinklers in the future for my sprinkler needs.

His pricing was very reasonable, and the job was completed swiftly and efficiently. Although he had to dig quite deep to reach the stop and waste, he left everything in excellent condition. Hi. Austin from Storm Sprinklers came out to my home for an issue that I was having with one of my sprinkler system stations not coming on. He arrived at the time he had committed to and promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in just a few minutes. He asked if there were any other issues or concerns to which I replied, no other issues. I did ask what was involved in doing a system winterizatio service. He gave me a good explanation and then quoted me a very reasonable price for the service. I told him that I would consider it and let him know. My system has positive drains however I may have Storm Sprnklers do the service because of Austin’s excellent explanation and that I am very happy with the results of his past work for me. I heartily offer my full recommendation of Storm Sprinklers for anyone needing help with their sprinkler system!

I discovered a large leak in an older part of my sprinkler system where pipes and tubing used were not standard sizes. Austin was able to find the necessary parts to perform a fantasic repair job, and the cost was exactly what I expected. I have an appointment in a couple weeks for Storm Sprinklers to winterize my system, and I told him I look forward to next season when they can make some changes to some of my zones.

We paid $70 just to have them come out which worried me a bit as it feels like sunken cost fallacy in the works (I get why but I thought charging everyone $70 would allow for better pricing). But I read the reviews and decided to go for it. We were using them as a second opinion and they quoted almost double what the previous sprinkler company quoted us. I would have given just 3 stars if the only issue was pricing but when I told them that was double what the other company charged they just laughed and walked away.

Going forward, we will give clear prices over the phone and online as much as possible, so you don’t have to pay just to be told it’s too much. I called Storm sprinklers on recommendation from one of the sprinkler supply outlets, thinking they would know who would be honest and fair. When Ben showed up I was relieved to see it was someone who obviously had been doing this for some time and when he identified the serious water supply issue from the main line I was expecting a much larger repair estimate. He spent the time fixing it right and I feel that a fair and honest work was received and do not think anyone could have done it better or for less money.

Ben came by to look at our system and the issues we have been having since last summer. He made several recommendations that we were impressed with his knowledge and taking the time to explain the issues in detail. We had him replace a few heads, a filter and he adjusted / checked the remaining heads and adjusted our controller programming! We look forward to having him back in the fall to winterize our system!

My experience with Storm Sprinklers was great. I called them about a sprinkler head I was having trouble with, and they were able to send a technician out to my house the very next day. Ben came out and was friendly and efficient. He fixed the issues and adjusted my entire system in about an hour and a half. 4/30/2026 Jason came to put the sprinkler together, turn water on, and check to see that all heads were working. There were no leaks. He completed the job quickly. 2025 This is my first experience with Storm Sprinklers. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday. The office called on Monday, saying a technician was available and could be at my home in 30 minutes. I was excited to have the work completed early. Spencer came, I explained about 4 issues, and he diagnosed the problems. All but one could be taken care of easily and in minutes. The fourth one required digging a hole and adding a head to the current pipe. Once the hole was dug he found he needed to go to the store for parts. He came back, started working, and discovered they gave him the wrong parts. He returned to the store. He completed the work and made sure all sprinklers would cover the yard. I appreciated that he stayed to complete the work, which meant he left my house at 7 pm. I would recommend Spencer and Storm Sprinklers!!

Ben was the technician. He got right on the situation and within 20 minutes he had pinpointed that there were a couple of selonoids that were not working. He replaced them and checked all the sprinkler heads and made some minor adjustments. everything seems to be working the way it is supposed to again.

We just moved in to a new house and didn't know anything about our sprinkler system. Luckily I found storm sprinklers! The communication and scheduling were amazing. Austin came and did an amazing job turning on our sprinklers and inspected everything and made some adjustments to make sure it was working correctly. He then took the time to explain the system to me and also gave options on how we can improve the sprinkler system in the future. We have helped Austin with a couple projects that he needed a plumber for replacing stop and wastes. Most sprinkler companies won’t do this they just handle it themselves which is really risky for the customer. Austin is honest and provides quality work. Definitely recommend!

I LOVE storm Sprinklers! They are trustworthy, fair, and have excellent customer service! I called them on a Friday *night* to help fix a big geyser of water shooting from our sprinkler box. Not only was my *after hours* call picked up by the owner, but he promised to come out HIMSELF the NEXT MORNING (a Saturday might I remind you) to see what he could do to fix it! Do you get better customer service than that?! NO! Do yourself a favor and use Storm Sprinklers! I'm so glad I found them in the world of technicians who take advantage of you and lie to make more money they are always fair in their dealings and upfront with their prices, no hidden fees or unexplained charges. I always recommend them to my friends and family for all sprinkler related issues!

Storm Sprinklers has my business from now on - repairs, new installations, maintenance. Austin (the owner), came out and fixed a problem created by a concrete company when laying down a walkway (broken irrigation lines that were not protected with a sleeve when compacting soil and laying down wet cement). He listened to my narrative of the problem, valued my input on possible solutions, and worked with me on resolving the broken water line. Furthermore, he took his time to do it well. As a school teacher, I highly respect the attention to detail, and to staying with the problem until it was resolved. When he gave me the bill, not only was it a reasonable and defensible cost, he did not price gouge. It was fair. In fact, I protested that it was not enough considering the time he spent on it, and the thoroughness of the assessment and solution. This is my forever sprinkler mainentance, install, and repair company. I don't often leave reviews, but this one is deserved.

Storm Sprinklers was a better price, and far more polite and professional than the other company. I cannot recommend Storm Sprinklers highly enough. We dealt directly with Austin, the owner, who was thorough, explained every step of his process, and offered us options of how to handle our sprinkler dilemma. This was an issue we had sat on for years, because the previous company who looked at the problem told us that the work would be extensive. Austin resolved this issue in less than 30 minutes. I will be using him for all future sprinkler needs.

We had issues stemming from bad solenoids to needing a control box replacement to needing a valve replacement - needless to say we had a LOT of issues. So happy we contacted Storm Sprinklers! Austin was great. He was knowledgeable and solved a very difficult set of problems quickly and at a fair price. In fact, one solution was to dig up an old box and replace all of the old valves which would’ve cost quite a bit. When he came out to do it, however, he offered to try to repair the offending valve, even though it was very old. He did it quickly, and saved us a ton of money. I recommend this company.
