2. Services Offered

Storm Sprinklers provides residential and commercial irrigation sprinkler repair, maintenance, and installation services. We are licensed through the Utah Department of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL). When required by law, services are performed in coordination with properly licensed professionals.

3. Pricing and Payments

We provide upfront pricing before beginning work. Pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after initial assessment.

Projects exceeding $2,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins. Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of future services and pursuit of lawful collection remedies.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if completed work substantially deviates from the agreed-upon scope outlined in the provided quote. Post-service issues are governed by applicable warranties. Please refer to our warranties page for details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery and ensure services comply with local ordinances and HOA rules. Respectful conduct toward our staff is required. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in service refusal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Storm Sprinklers is not responsible for outcomes caused by conditions beyond reasonable control, including pre-existing system defects, soil conditions, water pressure variations, or environmental factors. Liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, and written materials are the property of Storm Sprinklers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy
