Of course! If you are paying monthly, cancellation just requires paying for the remainder of the year or the equivalent in services already received (whichever is less). For example, you cannot sign up for $29/month in October, get your sprinklers winterized, and cancel in November. This rarely happens, and is only there to stop people from abusing our low prices for plan members. For customers who pay yearly, you can cancel at any time, and we will finish out the year of services that you have already paid for or refund you the difference.
Storm Shield Essential members save approximately $75 a year on standard maintenance, with Complete members saving approximately $125 on maintenance. The real savings, though, comes when things break down in your system: waived service fees, priority scheduling, and 10% off necessary repairs can add up fast, especially on older and larger systems.
Prices do increase slightly for properties above the average size. For systems with more than 8 valves (zones), you pay one more monthly payment amount for each additional valve. For Essential members, this means an additional $29 per zone after the first 8. For Complete members, this means an additional $49 per zone after the first 8.
