Perform residential irrigation repairs with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer service. Experience is great, but not necessary.

If you’re a friendly, hardworking person who likes being outside, talking to people, solving problems, and learning hands-on skills, this is a fantastic job. Our Residential Irrigation Repair Technicians are the face of the company. You’ll be meeting new customers every day, fixing sprinkler systems, helping people solve real problems fast, and learning a trade that you can grow with for years.

This is an active, rewarding role where 50% of the job is people, and 50% is hands-on work. If you’re someone who enjoys being trusted, working independently, listening to music or podcasts between jobs, and making customers genuinely happy, you’ll love this position.

You don’t need prior irrigation experience—we train everything. All you need is a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work hard in the sun.
